Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite delightful. The rooms, although a bit oddly decorated, were spacious and very comfy. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, but overall, a cozy space to relax. The service was excellent, with super accommodating staff, especially the attentive bartender and friendly waiter. The location was simply stunning, offering easy access to both the Amalfi coast and Capri. The dining experience was good, with the option to enjoy a meal outdoors with a view of Vesuvius. The facilities were well taken care of, making my stay even more enjoyable.
I had a fantastic time at this hotel! The rooms were fabulous, spacious with a balcony overlooking the bay of Naples, and had everything you could wish for. The bed was the most comfortable I've experienced in Italy in 3 weeks. However, there were some AC issues that needed attention.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms, although a bit outdated, were clean and had nice amenities like air conditioning and provided toiletries. The views from the room were amazing. On the downside, the hotel was not within walking distance to restaurants.
The hotel offers fabulous, spacious rooms with balconies overlooking the picturesque bay of Naples. The service is very accommodating and helpful, with a convenient location near the train station for easy exploring. The dining experience could be improved, but overall, it's a perfect place for a relaxing getaway.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, featuring the best bed I experienced in Italy during my 3-week trip. My room was a spacious corner room with an impressive view and large door/windows. It even had a separate area with a fridge and clothes hanger, adding to the convenience.
The hotel is above a restaurant, with clean rooms that have a unique, hospital-like decor. The showers were extremely dark, requiring a torch to operate the hot and cold taps. The service around the pool was professional, especially notable staff members were Giuseppe, Ciro, and the attentive tall bartender. The location offered a view of Mt Vesuvius from various points and a private beach. The dining options were good, but breakfast could be more varied. Overall, a nice stay with some quirks to keep in mind.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms overlooking the bay, reminiscent of a welcoming hospital waiting hall. The staff is caring and helpful, although some residents may receive preferential treatment. The location provides a picturesque view of the Bay of Naples, but it's somewhat isolated requiring shuttle bus or vehicle transportation. The dining experience is varied, with a top tip to indulge until tea time.
The hotel offers breathtaking views of Napoli, Pompei, and Mount Vesuvius from its spacious and clean rooms. Although located in a beautiful spot on the water, the isolation may require transportation for exploring. The service was exceptional, led by friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience was generally good with rich and tasty options.
